1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petdentx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Petdentx is a B2B healthcare SaaS platform that connects clinics, laboratories, and suppliers. We provide tools for patient management, appointment scheduling, lab order management, procurement, and billing.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Petdentx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Each tenant workspace operates as an isolated environment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Petdentx only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

5. Healthcare Data

If you are a covered entity under HIPAA, you must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Petdentx before storing protected health information (PHI) on the platform. Contact us at legal@petdentx.com to initiate a BAA.

6. Subscription and Billing

Petdentx is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Petdentx. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Petdentx platform, including all software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Petdentx and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petdentx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breaches of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
